We invoice on the 1st of the month with Net-15 terms. Your first invoice arrives only after your 14-day pilot is successful. If you walk away during the pilot, you pay $0.

Yes. After 12 months of leasing, you can transition them to your own payroll for a one-time fee (2 months of the management fee). We're happy to help you build your own entity when you're ready.

No catch—just geography. $1,900 is our starting rate for junior engineers with 1–2 years of experience. In the Indian market, this is a highly competitive, upper-quartile salary that attracts top-tier young talent. As seniority increases, so does the rate, but because we are based in a different cost market, your dollar simply goes three times further than it would for a local hire.

Scale up: tell your account manager and we match additional developers within 72 hours. Scale down: give us 30 days' notice for any developer you want to remove. No penalties, no fees. Pod configurations can be adjusted monthly.
