If you love the work, the developer continues seamlessly and the engagement converts to a paid monthly contract starting from Day 15. If not, we part ways and you owe nothing.
Do I need to sign a contract before the pilot?+
Just a lightweight 2-page pilot agreement covering mutual NDA and IP assignment — designed to be reviewable in 10 minutes without involving your legal team. The full MSA only comes into play if you choose to continue after Day 14.
What if I'm not happy with the developer?+
During the pilot, you can swap for a different match or cancel immediately. After the pilot, we have a "no-drama" replacement policy and 30-day exit terms.
How do you vet your developers?+
We don't use freelancers. Our team consists of full-time employees of Salt Technologies who have passed a rigorous 5-stage vetting process including live coding, architectural reviews, and communication testing.
What tech stacks do you support?+

How does timezone overlap work?+
